Church of the Redeemer's Health & Wellness Ministry invites you to attend this three-part series on optimizing your brain health. Held on Sundays September 20, October 18, and November 15 at 6:00 pm, this series is led by Church of the Redeemer's own Sarah Nord. Some memory decline is expected as you age, however, cognitive impairment is not inevitable. During this 3-part series, you will be introduced to some evidence-based, practical strategies that can help you keep your nervous system strong as you age.

Presenter Bio: Sarah Nord, MS, OTR/L
Sarah is an Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting the sensory and emotional regulation needs of children and older adults with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. She is a Certified Dementia Care Specialist, Advanced Mentored Clinician in SPD Level 1 from the STAR Institute, and founder of Sensory for Dementia. Sarah enjoys hiking, fostering cats, exploring artistic hobbies (mandala drawing, hand lettering), and dating her husband Steve!
