There are numerous opportunities for parish instrumental musicians to be involved in the music program. For young people, the youth band Spikenard is open to those in grades nine through twelve and instruments included are keyboard, bass, electric guitar, drums and vocals. The same instrumentation is included in the adult contemporary ensemble which also plays for the Banquet. Our Celtic ensemble has guitars, fiddle, flute, recorder, and concertina. Other solo instrumentalists who have offered their talents in the summer, at the 5 pm service or on special occasions include players of cello, clarinet, saxophone, piano, guitar, violin, and more.
