Navajoland

Each summer a group of adults and youth travel to the Navajo reservation in northern Arizona. The Navajo, or Dine ("the people") as they call themselves, are a relaxed people, intimately connected to God's earth. We are their guests for a week, working on building and cleaning projects, enjoying fellowship with them, and experiencing the presence of the Holy Spirit in every moment. Many pieces of Dine crafts will be on sale at the youth auction (February 20, 2007); all proceeds will be returned to the Navajo local church. The contact person for this ministry is Chuck Darling.
