The parish office is located in the same building as the church on the corner of Paxton and Erie Avenues. It is most easily reached from the parking lot behind the church; enter the parking lot from Paxton. The office door is the door on the left (of the two doors on the back side of the church building).

Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. During those hours someone is almost always here, though not all staff are here every day. If the parking lot door is locked, please press the intercom button and someone will admit you. Straight ahead from the door is the receptionist's desk and behind that are the double doors that mark the entrance to the administrative suite. All offices except the preschool director's are in this area.

Please feel free to call us anytime. Our voicemail system should be able to record your message for the particular staff member you seek 24 hours a day. Situations where you should call the parish office include any change in your contact information or family status, any situation for which you would like prayer or a clergy presence and any significant illness or death in the family. For a pastoral emergency, the voicemail system will tell you whom to call. Please don't assume we will hear about your situation through the grapevine. Please do not call the staff at home on parish business unless it is an emergency.
