Our parish staff

  Betsy Babb (Parish Health Minister) has been a nurse for 21 years in diverse fields such as oncology, gerontology, gastroenterology and occupational health. Betsy's health ministry started with the Health and Wellness Ministry, of which she was chairperson for five years.  Betsy, her husband Brian and their two children, Molly and WIlliam, are members of Redeemer.
 

Cathy Hunt (Finance Officer) is a native Cincinnatian and a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church in Delhi. She is a member of the church choir and a counselor for the youth group at Shiloh. Cathy keeps busy with a daughter, Jamie, and a son, Brandon, who are both very active in sports.

 

Missy Darling (Receptionist) has been on staff since August of 2005, but has been a member of Redeemer since 1995, along with her husband (Chuck), daughter (Megan Darling Feichtner), and son (Chuck). She has served on the Vestry and Pastoral Board and is a member of the Altar Guild. In June of 2005, she retired after thirty-two years from a rewarding teaching career. Her interests include time with family, travel, and reading -- especially with the Redeemer Book Club.

Sue Fischer (Sexton) joined the staff in 2004 to help keep our ever-expanding facility clean. Sue is one of seven children, born and raised in Cincinnati. She now lives in northern Kentucky and has one daughter and two adorable grandsons. She loves kids and old people!

 

 Loretta Graner (Director of Music) is a lifelong Episcopalian and has served as Director of Music at Redeemer since 1992. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in organ from the University of Kansas, where she studied with Dr. James Higdon. She is currently finishing her Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music, where she has studied organ with Dr. Roberta Gary and choral conducting with Dr. Elmer Thomas. Personal interests include Chinese language and culture and learning to play the harp. Loretta has one daughter, Annie, born in 2004. 

Elizabeth Grover (Membership Coordinator) was born in Georgia, grew up in North Carolina and has lived in Cincinnati mostly since 1988. She is not only a cradle Episcopalian – her parents met at an Episcopal youth group! She and her husband John were married at Redeemer in 2001, and between them they have six children.

Kelli Jasper (Director of Children's Ministries) came to the Episcopal Church by way of a Roman Catholic mother and unchurched father; it was the one church they agreed to attend together. She has been attending Redeemer since the early 90's. She has one son, Jake, born in 1997. Kelli is responsible for planning care and programs for our children ages birth to 6th grade and assisting when needed with older children.

 

 
 
  Sharon Jenkins (Director of Communications) moved to Cincinnati from Atlanta for “two years” in 1995.  A native of North Florida and a cradle Episcopalian, she received her journalism degree from the University of Georgia.  Sharon is a member of St. Anne’s, West Chester, where she resides with her husband, two daughters, and two Standard Poodles.  Sharon is responsible for the Redeemer News, website updates, and a variety of communication duties. 
 

Bob McGonagle (Sexton) was born in 1954 in Columbus, the first of seven children. He is a very grateful recovering alcoholic who has a master's degree from the school of hard knocks. His ministries include AA intergroup member, the Drop-Inn Center, IHN, and a dental clinic for the homeless. Bob enjoys bicycling, working the streets and being a part of the Redeemer community. His love of the outdoors is evident -- he has completed the program at the Civic Garden Center and is now a Master Gardener.

Juliette Stuard (Parish Administrator) is a native Cincinnatian, a life-long Episcopalian, and a member of Christ Church in Glendale. She has served at the Church of the Redeemer since March of 1995. Her children, Noah (born 1996) and Isaac (born 1997), both attended Redeemer Nursery School. For those of you who somehow have escaped noticing, her favorite color is purple and she loves dark chocolate.
